Ruud Vermeer of Meneer Vermeer Tuinen saw the SWING trees at the nursery and immediately recognised the possibilities they offered for a really special terrace. He went on to design a garden featuring two rows of SWING sycamores facing each other for the Dutch television programme, Eigen Huis & Tuin. They form an enclosed foliage above the terrace without trunks standing in the way. What’s more, the trunks are highly decorative. The German garden designer and landscaper Guido Zeller of Living Stone Garden, was inspired by the SWING trees. He also used them next to a terrace and a water feature.
