For the center of Valkenswaard, we have supplied an important selection of trees that fit the idea of a green and beautiful cityscape. On the west side of the market, we planted 22 silver lindens (Tilia tomentosa ‘Doornik’). These trees have a trunk circumference of 70-80 cm. They provide a stately appearance and offer shade on warm days. This enhances the historical atmosphere of the market and provides a green framework.

Additionally, we have supplied various multi-stemmed trees, such as Amelanchier lamarckii, Chionanthus retusus, Zelkova serrata ‘Urban Ruby’, Parrotia persica ‘Bella’, and Halesia carolina. These trees vary in height from 200/250 cm to as much as 500/600 cm and give a playful, natural appearance to the square.

A striking addition are the two multi-stemmed Pinus sylvestris with a height of 800 to 900 cm. These eye-catchers give the space a powerful and timeless feel. Additionally, we have supplied various standard trees, such as Fagus sylvatica ‘Atropunicea’, Tilia platyphyllos ‘Örebro’, and Ulmus columnella, with trunk circumferences of 40-45 cm. These trees form a green canopy and create shaded areas where people can linger.
