The leaves unfurl green and have a yellow to orange autumn colour. Flowering repeat from November to April, if it does not freeze. A very pretty autumn cherry with semi-double flowers that are dark pink in bud but later turn pale pink. Used as a park tree. If grafted high, it can also be used as a street tree.
