Acer campestre 'Eco Sentry' Acer campestre 'Eco Sentry'

Small tree with a strikingly compact, dense crown. When young, the crown is broad and columnar but soon becomes narrow and pyramidal with multiple central leaders. The dark green leaf is conspicuously undulate. The autumn colour is a dark brownish yellow. The tree is highly resistant to mildew, making ‘Eco Sentry’ very suitable for application as an avenue tree. Not only for green borders and road shoulders, but also in narrow streets and housing estates, and on squares. Does not grow well enclosed by paved surfaces.
